You have to put your shoes in advance. The size should be ordered to the size of the actual bottom of the shoes you are putting on.
It would be nice to be able to put it on to the middle of the thigh ….

The covers’ bootlegs are too narrow, they could’ve fit simple sneakers or gumshoes, but for heavy military ankle boots they are useless.
